Intuitive UI: allows newly trained florists to quickly find everything at ease. ensuring confidence and timely delivery with ease.

My step by step process

My step by step process

My step by step process

The main goal was to enhance the consumer ordering process to be as convenient as possible.

Steps toward customer experience. I defined user flows for each task simplifying the steps as much as possible. I identified key pain points from surveying my target audience. I implemented features from my market research done on the possibilities of AI.

Steps toward design aesthetics

I created a mood board that represented the art direction for FloralDash. I selected a friendly color palette of green as the primary brand color and pink as a secondary color. For my primary typeface I used Playfair Display and Poppins for my secondary typeface.

The main goal was to enhance the consumer ordering process to be as convenient as possible.

The primary goal of the usability testing was to identify areas for design improvement while gathering instinctive reactions and feedback from people.


From the initial testing I was able to identify the following Users felt dissatisfied from there not being and order process indicator. Users preferred going to profile to update an order rather than a support chat on the home screen. There was confusion on some of the copy.


After creating changes from the first round of testing. I completed my final testing from a diverse pool of users identifying more places for improvements with the styles and libraries implemented.
