Started as a Multimedia Design Intern and eventually moved into a professional role at Merchants, contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, web, and motion. I supported on-site photo and video shoots, helped define campaign visuals, and designed web experiences. I also aided in creating AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, improving efficiency and content production.

“Talk Surety To Me” is an internal brand and online content library designed to share knowledge about the niche surety industry.

This short promotional video was created to drive traffic to the content library, strengthen brand recognition, and reinforce Merchants position as the leading experts in surety.

“The Merchants Difference is Me” is an internal campaign highlighting associate roles and how each contributes to the company’s overall impact.

I led the art direction for this ongoing campaign, developing a cohesive visual system with templates to ensure consistency across content. Originally created during my internship, the campaign continues to be used supporting long-term internal communications.

Accessibility Meets Automation

At Merchant’s, I noticed a critical accessibility gap: many images across the website and social platforms lacked proper alt text, limiting inclusive experiences for users with disabilities. Leveraging my background in user-centered design, I created a custom AI tool that analyzes uploaded images and generates alt text compliant with WCAG Level AA standards.

This AI-driven solution has become an essential part of Merchant’s growing UX strategy, ensuring accessibility is integrated into content as the website evolves. The example demonstrates the tool in action.
